We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and assist in the development and implementation of individual patient care plans. Your keen assessment skills will enable you to monitor patient conditions closely, ensuring timely interventions and effective communication with both patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in ward rounds and contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices within our facility. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate patient records and supporting junior staff as a mentor and role model.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid NMC registration and a nursing degree or equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years’ experience in a general nursing setting is preferred, alongside a solid understanding of clinical practices and healthcare regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
