The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with at least two years of inpatient experience in a hospital setting. You should demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as you will be interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
