We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatient team, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-assessment evaluations, which include reviewing medical histories, performing health assessments, and coordinating necessary tests to ensure patients are well-prepared for their procedures. You will also provide education and support to patients, guiding them through the outpatient process and addressing any concerns they may have. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the individual needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license and have a minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient or pre-operative setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be engaging with patients and their families on a daily basis. A solid understanding of clinical procedures, patient assessment techniques, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are also key qualifications for this role.
