The ideal candidate will hold a valid Registered Nurse license and possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, along with strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
