We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the support needed for optimal recovery. Your responsibilities will also include conducting assessments, documenting patient information accurately, and educating patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is essential, along with strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for building rapport with patients and their families, as well as collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.
