Clinical Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing medication therapy to enhance patient outcomes through comprehensive medication management. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and be licensed to practice in the state. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical decision support tools is a plus, as is board certification in pharmacotherapy or a related specialty.
