To be successful in this role, you must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in an inpatient setting is highly advantageous, along with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are vital, as you will be managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
