The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is highly desirable, particularly in acute care settings. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and the capacity to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
