We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, and at least two years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. We are looking for individuals with excellent critical thinking skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and a genuine passion for delivering superior patient care. Additionally, certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
