We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Wards department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and recovery.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably within a ward environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will be coordinating care with multiple disciplines and ensuring that patient information is accurately documented.
