We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team, where your expertise will make a significant difference in patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring comfort and safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. A minimum of two years of inpatient nursing experience is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
