We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient care team, where your skills will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healing environment, advocating for the needs and preferences of each patient while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an inpatient setting is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and effective communication skills.
