We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our inpatient unit, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will also participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, and at least two years of experience in an inpatient setting. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for patient advocacy are essential.
