We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans for individuals with a wide range of medical conditions. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives personalized attention and support throughout their hospital stay. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and their families about care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. Your ability to provide empathetic care and work efficiently under pressure will be key to the success of our inpatient unit.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid Registered Nurse license and possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, although a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in an inpatient setting is desired, but new graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care. You must be proficient in electronic health record systems and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for patients and their families.
