To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
