We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team, where your expertise will make a significant impact on patient care and outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and ensure patient comfort and safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and their families about health management, discharge instructions, and preventive care strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
