We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatients department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care prior to their treatment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating patients' medical histories, performing physical assessments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. You will also educate patients on procedures, medications, and any pre-operative instructions, fostering a reassuring environment that promotes patient understanding and comfort.
The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license and possess at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or pre-operative setting. Strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential, as well as an ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients alike. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and adherence to best nursing practices will be crucial in delivering efficient and effective care.
