We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Pre Assessment and Outpatients team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients before their outpatient procedures. Your clinical expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients are well-prepared and informed, promoting a seamless transition through their healthcare journey. A current BLS certification is required, and additional certifications in relevant specialties are a plus.
