We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatients team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive pre-assessment evaluations for patients scheduled for surgery or outpatient procedures. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care, performing vital assessments, educating patients about procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing medical histories, performing physical exams, coordinating necessary tests, and providing essential support to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license and have a strong background in outpatient care or surgical settings. Experience in patient assessment and education is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a warm and reassuring environment.
