We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatients team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients regarding their upcoming procedures. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and patient safety are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing pre-operative evaluations, managing patient records, and coordinating follow-up care, all while delivering exceptional service to our patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or pre-operative setting.
