We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient care team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about care processes, medications, and post-discharge instructions, fostering a supportive and informative atmosphere during their stay. Your ability to quickly assess critical situations and respond effectively will be essential to the success of our team and the well-being of our patients. To excel in this role, you must possess a current Registered Nurse license, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. A minimum of two years of acute care experience is highly desirable, as is proficiency in electronic medical records and a solid understanding of evidence-based practice guidelines.
