We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatients team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care by assessing and preparing patients for various outpatient procedures, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting thorough pre-operative assessments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients about their upcoming procedures. You will also monitor patient vitals, manage documentation, and facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that each individual feels supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey.
The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
