We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatients team, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care. In this dynamic position, you will conduct thorough pre-assessment evaluations, ensuring patients are well-prepared for their surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include performing health assessments, reviewing medical histories, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing education to patients and their families about pre-operative and post-operative care. You will also assist in managing outpatient clinics, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort.
The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license and have a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in pre-assessment or outpatient settings. Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and an understanding of outpatient procedures will be advantageous.
