We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient care team, where you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing compassionate support to patients and their families during their hospital stay. You will also facilitate patient education and discharge planning to promote ongoing health and wellness post-discharge.
The ideal candidate will hold a current Registered Nurse license and possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient setting is preferred, along with a solid understanding of electronic health records and clinical documentation standards.
