The ideal candidate will hold a current Registered Nurse license and possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant clinical experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
