The ideal candidate will possess a valid state nursing license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), along with a current CPR certification. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
