We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include educating patients and their families on disease management, wellness strategies, and preventive care practices, all while fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
