We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team, where your expertise will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing interventions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and educate patients and their families about health management and preventative care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate patient records and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid RN license and have a degree in nursing from an accredited institution. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly in a hospital or acute care setting. Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
