We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient care team. As a vital member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals admitted for various medical conditions. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will collaborate closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and family members to ensure optimal patient outcomes, providing education and support to both patients and their families throughout their stay. Your ability to monitor patients' progress, recognize changes in condition, and respond proactively will be critical in delivering the exceptional care we are known for.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid nursing license and possess a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Previous experience in an inpatient setting is highly desirable, and current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
