We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Pre Assessment and Outpatients team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-operative assessments, educating patients about their upcoming procedures, and ensuring they are physically and emotionally prepared for surgery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing health screenings, managing patient documentation, and providing post-assessment follow-up to ensure continuity of care, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid Registered Nurse license and possess a strong foundation in outpatient care, with at least two years of clinical experience in a similar setting preferred.
