We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pre Assessment and Outpatients team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients prior to their surgical procedures, ensuring they are medically optimized for successful outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating patient histories, performing necessary tests, educating patients and families about upcoming procedures, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans. Your clinical expertise will be essential in providing high-quality care, as you guide patients through their healthcare journey with empathy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in preoperative or outpatient care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns and fostering an environment of trust.
