We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our inpatient unit, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your day-to-day duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing education to patients and their families, and documenting care in compliance with hospital policies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients during their recovery journey, providing not just medical care but emotional support to foster a healing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license and have a strong foundation in clinical nursing practices, preferably with experience in inpatient care settings. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
