We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing compassionate nursing interventions. Your day-to-day duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, and educating patients and their families on post-discharge care. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support nursing students and junior staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will hold a current Registered Nurse license and possess a minimum of two years of inpatient experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or critical care setting. Strong clinical assessment skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential for this role. We value your commitment to continuous learning, so a BSN or higher degree is preferred, along with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
