We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic inpatient care team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in our inpatient unit, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being during their hospital stay. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You will also provide vital patient education and emotional support to both patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of their medical conditions.
The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license and have a strong background in acute care settings, preferably with experience in inpatient nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred, along with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
