We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will collaborate closely with physicians, support staff, and families to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care while promoting a positive and healing atmosphere. Your daily responsibilities will also include monitoring vital signs, educating patients and their families about health management, and maintaining accurate patient records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with at least two years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
