We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient team, where your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, while also providing education and support to patients and their families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, and advocating for patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment, making every day unique and rewarding.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid RN license and have a minimum of two years of nursing experience in an inpatient setting. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. You should be adept in various nursing practices and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
