We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient care team, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing education to patients and their families, and maintaining accurate medical records in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your expertise will be essential in managing patient care while ensuring adherence to our established protocols and standards of practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license and have a strong background in inpatient nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience preferred. We value candidates who demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
