We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team, where your expertise and commitment to patient care will make a significant impact. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will perform a variety of clinical tasks including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education and support to patients and their families, all while maintaining a safe and sterile environment in line with the highest standards of care.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to handle high-stress situations, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
